Studio practice day

If you havve attended one of our workshops, or you have some prior silversmithing experience, you can access our studio to work on your own projects. Technical assistance will be on hand, however you must be able to work independently. Training sessions can be arranged separately if you would like some more focused tuition.

What your booking includes:

• 6 hours of studio time from 10am to 4pm
• Consumables such as sandpaper, solder, and casting sand
• Bench tools and all other studio equipment
• Tea, coffee and snacks

Please note, you must be able to work on your projects unsupervised - personalised training is not included in the booking fee.

What you should wear and bring with you:

• Bring your own metals, gemstones and lunch
• Wear casual clothes, closed-toe shoes and bring your reading glasses
• Bring your own special bench tools, if any

About our studio

Our studio is nestled in the Kangaroo Valley of NSW with views of the surrounding mountains and escarpment. It's within easy reach of all the ameninities in the village centre, including a country pub and several great cafes. You will have your own fully equipped workbench and access to a range of professional tools and equipment. Our emphasis is on having fun and learning in a small and collaborative group setting. The exact location of our studio will be sent to you in an email after booking.

What if I can't attend after booking?

We understand that life can get in the way and plans can change. If you need to reschedule, we can provide 100% credit towards another bench rental day if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to the day. And if in the unlikely event that we need to reschedule a rental day, you will be offered either a full refund or 100% credit towards another day.
