Private jewellery making workshop - reserved for Suzan

This workshop is perfect for a couple or a small group wanting to spend a fun, creative day together. You will have your own fully equipped workbench, with everything you need within arms reach to create your pieces. We'll work out what you'd like to make and then I'll tailor a workshop agenda just for you. We can make rings, bangles, pendants, earrings, bookmarks or cuff links - whatever your heart desires!

What the day includes:

• Whole day workshop for 2-5 people
• Lunch and light refreshments throughout the day
• All tools, equipment and materials including sterling silver
• Personalised instruction from an experienced jewellery maker
• A clean, contemporary studio in a beautiful country setting
• A glass of bubbly to celebrate at the end of the day!

What to wear and bring with you:

• Please wear casual, comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes
• Your hands will get dirty, so please don't wear anything too precious
• If you have long hair, please wear it in a pony tail or a bun, and
• We’ll be doing detailed work, so don't forget to bring your reading glasses.

About your facilitator: Zvoni Hodak

I graduated with a Bachelor of Visual Arts from the Australian National University in 1995. My passion for making jewellery began in my early 20s but I only became really serious in pursuing it as a career in 2018 when I established my first professional studio. Since then, I've had the pleasure to teach precious metal jewellery making to over 150 students. I use both traditional silversmithing techinqiues and newer digital technologies to produce clean, modernist pieces. I love working with natural gemstones and silver with platinum, a precious metal that doesn't tarnish and provides a beautiful canvas for my designs. I look forward to sharing my passion for jewellery making with you!

About our studio

Our studio overlooks the beautiful Kangaroo Valley escarpment in the Shoalhaven region of NSW. You will have your own fully equipped workbench and access to a range of tools and equipment that are perfectly set up to help you learn how to make jewellery with sterling silver and other precious materials. Our emphasis is on having fun and learning in a small and collaborative group setting. The exact location of our studio will be sent to you in an email after booking.

Then add this item to your cart and, once processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order containing all the relevant contact details, times and location. Et voila, it's that easy!

What if I can't attend after booking?

We understand that life can get in the way and plans can change. If you need to reschedule, we can provide 100% credit towards another workshop if you contact us 7 or more days prior to the workshop date. Less than 3 days notice and we can provide 50% credit towards another workshop. If you are feeling unwell on the day of the workshop, or you have been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case, please stay at home. Your booking fee will be fully refunded.

And if in the unlikely event that we need to reschedule the workshop, you will be offered either a full refund or 100% credit towards another workshop.
