I make this ring by modelling the design in 3D, then having it printed in wax and formed in sterling silver by using a traditional lost wax casting technique. It arrives back in my studio as a rough cast which I file and sand by hand, before applying the see-through white resin. The whole process takes several days from start to finish, it's quite labour instensive, but very satisfying to see the final design come to life!
