I make these earrings by modelling the design in 3D, then having them printed in wax and formed in sterling silver by using a traditional lost wax casting technique. They arrive back in my studio as a rough cast which I file and sand by hand, before applying the two different coloured resins. The whole process takes several days from start to finish, it's quite labour instensive, but very satisfying to see the final design come to life!
